We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President of Property Management.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties such as:

  • Generating weekly reports
  • Booking travel for the Senior Vice President, marketing team and group travel for annual NAA conference
  • Researching venues and meeting space for corporate meetings, events and NAA conference
  • Tracking budget items & contracts
  • Generating property income & expense analysis

In addition, the Executive Assistant will assist the marketing team in creating and proofing copy for print & online advertising, blogs and for social media.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting Senior staff
  • 1-2 years of marketing, social media & public relations experience is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills and ability to multi-task
  • Great computer & internet skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (required)
  • Property management experience (preferred, not required)
