The Property Manager is responsible for being the team leader at each of our extraordinary properties.  We expect the Property Manager to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company.

The Assistant Property Manager works in conjunction with the Property Manager to oversee the daily activities of the community including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance.  

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities relating to apartment rentals which include greeting prospects and professionally presenting the features and benefits of the property; conducting site tours, qualifying residents, preparing lease paperwork and completing the move-in procedures in accordance with established Dolben policies and procedures.  
Creating a work environment or setting in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities.
