This individual will primarily be responsible for the overall coordination of our company-wide recruiting efforts, including posting on various social media job boards and attending college career fairs and technical school career fairs.  In addition, this individual will work with senior management on the creation of an ongoing internship program.  Other responsibilities will include assisting the HR Director with the performance management program as well as administering all HR policies & procedures, responding to day-to-day employee inquiries and any other special projects assigned.  Some travel required.

The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as being organized and customer service oriented.  The qualified candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and will be proficient with HRIS systems.
