MIT Program:
We are looking for college seniors/graduates (May 2019 graduates) for our Management Trainee Program who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about the multi-family industry. Our Program consists of 6-8 weeks of paid (salary) corporate training and field training designed to introduce you to this exciting industry.
This program will cover:
In addition, our trainees are provided corporate training on Fair Housing, Communication Skills and Business Etiquette. Our trainees are also introduced to accounting and accounts payable procedures.
After completing the Program, most of the trainees are transferred to a property as an Assistant Property Manager (APM). Provided with the strong foundation needed to succeed, many of our past trainees have since been promoted to Property Manager, and recently to Regional Property Manager.

The MIT program will start in September 2019 and is a 6-8 week paid training program. The training will take place at Dolben’s corporate office in Woburn, MA.
Once the MIT program is complete in October/November of 2019, MITs are then placed on assignment at one of Dolben’s properties. MITs may then be required to work weekends in their new role as an APM or Leasing Consultant.
