We are looking for an energetic, seasoned marketing and executive assistant with a unique skill set to support both our Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Property Management.

Day-to-day administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Generating weekly reports
  • Booking travel
  • Tracking budget items & contracts
  • Generating property income & expense analysis

In addition, this individual will review print & internet advertising, assist in managing the Dolben website and assist in managing our social media presence, as well as coordinate other marketing-related projects and tasks.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 2-3 years of marketing, social media and/or public relations experience  
  • 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills and ability to multi-task
  • Great computer & internet skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint are required
  • Property management experience (not required but preferred)
