We are in search of a dynamic individual, who will be based in Odenton, MD, to manage multiple residential apartment communities in Maryland & Virginia. 

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned property portfolio by:

-identifying and responding to the owner's needs, goals and objectives;  
-developing yearly operating budgets & marketing plans; and
-directing the preparation of financial statements and reports. 

In addition, the Regional Property Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing creative programs to increase the property value and manage daily property activities in such a manner as to win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all residents through exceptional customer service. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate must be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure. 

To perform the job successfully a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.  Qualified candidates must have five years of experience in a property management setting as well as knowledge of industry software systems such as MRI, yardi, Nexus etc.   CAM and/or CAPS designation a plus.
